Marina Paolino

Marina has been working behind the scenes of the entertainment industry since 2009. Before she found her love of casting, she worked in various roles in entertainment at amusement parks, casinos, special events, and comedy clubs. Marina joined Slate Casting in 2017 casting extras/background for season one of Hulu’s Castle Rock. Since then, she’s worked on numerous films (including Knives Out, Ava, The Sleepover), tv shows, and commercials shooting throughout New England and beyond.

You can usually find Marina working with Ashley on the ‘Real People’ productions that roll in. Whether the project is local, in another state, or nationwide, there is nothing more exciting than finding new talent (sometimes in a parking lot…it’s fiiiine!) to help bring a client’s story to life. She feels extremely fortunate to have been a part of the real people casting team for many projects across the US including - Starbucks, AAA, Navy Federal Credit Union, HBO Max, ESPN+, and Ancestry.com.
